Your Legal Rights (UK Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without giving a reason.
This legal right is separate from our voluntary returns policy outlined below and does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@auramovement.com with your order number.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect, or where required by law.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)
- Custom-made or personalised items.
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or software.
- Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or that fall outside applicable legal requirements.
